LoL New Champion

So there is a new champion coming to the league. His name is Fizz, the tidal trickster. I'm not sure if you guys have seen the new comic but here is the link http://na.leagueoflegends.com/news/champion-sneak-peek-%E2%80%93-fizz-tidal-trickster. So judging from the comic Fizz is most likely going to some sort of water champ with skills having to do with water. He or she is most likely going to be a ranged mage. And that shark in the background is going to have to do with ultimate. I am going to assume that he is going to be able to dive under the ground and all you could see is the fin of the shark.
